Family Therapy

Families are our hearts and souls. There is no way to measure the love we feel for our families, and when a family member hurts, the whole family hurts too. Regardless of your situation or event, your family deserves the best care, joy, love, and happiness.

Our Approach

American Mental Health Institute uses evidence-based practice (EBP) – Functional Family Therapy (FFT) to work with families.  We also incorporate a strengths-based approach and focus on positive relationships, emotional well-being, problem-solving, behavior management, and provide constructive feedback.

American Mental Health Institute provides a safe and confidential place to receive support, insight, and resources to improve your family relationships, parenting skills, and confidence.
